Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd in Stevenage is seeking a systems engineer to join the Platform Data Link Terminal Team within the Data Links department. You will develop System Engineering skills, MBSE RF, and contribute to a high‑profile weapon system programme for UK and international customers.

Responsibilities include managing requirements, publishing designs, MBSE with SysML/UML using Rhapsody, validating changes and coordinating plans with project managers. Hybrid working and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Team player with collaborative attitude.
• Understanding of System Engineering Process (including System Specification and Integration).
• MBSE using SysML and UML, preferably with Rhapsody.
• Experience solving technical problems with electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and support publishing Certificates of Designs.
• Provide advice on In-service Support queries.
• Troubleshoot using trials data and electrical drawings.
• Undertake MBSE using Rhapsody.
• Validate changes and certify amendments to the standard product.
• Coordinate with PMs/planners to update plans and forecast labour/costs.
• Produce and review engineering papers.
