Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our RF Seekers Team, developing advanced seeker solutions from complex requirements and guiding system design through the MBSE process.

You will derive and manage requirements, build functional and physical architectures using SysML/ARCADIA, and contribute to verification and validation, with travel opportunities within the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

Experience with deriving and managing requirements.
Experience with generating Functional and Physical Architecture using SysML, ARCADIA, or similar MBSE language.
Experience with Model based Systems Engineering.
Experience with Systems engineering tools like DOORS / DOORS Next / Rhapsody / Capella desirable.
Experience with MATLAB and Simulink desirable.
Knowledge of RF/microwave and electronic systems, radar and control systems, and digital signal processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into lower level system architectures (Physical and Functional).
Negotiate requirements with the missile systems customer through to verification and validation.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across development activities to deliver seeker technology.
