MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a System Engineer to contribute to a high‑profile weapon system programme within the PDLT. You will manage requirements, support design certification and work across UK and international customer deliveries, ensuring high standards and technical integrity.
You will apply MBSE methods, coordinate with project managers, and provide technical solutions using trials data and electrical drawings.

Salary: Circa £46,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working Minimum 1 - 2 days per week on.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

You will be operating within a busy delivery programme for UK and international customers ensuring the product maintains the highest of standards.
You will be working with technologies at the forefront of European weapon systems design, supporting the development of high performance, safe, secure and reliable products that our customers can rely on.
