Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of the System Coordination Centre.
• Support system partners during periods of operational pressure and escalation.
• Drive improvement programmes focused on patient flow, discharge, and urgent care transformation.
• Monitor system performance, risks and pressures; translate insights into actions.
• Produce high-quality reports and briefings for senior leaders.
• Support delivery of priorities including ambulance handovers and four-hour performance.
