NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board is recruiting an enthusiastic UEC & SCC Officer to join the Urgent and Emergency Care Team and System Coordination Centre in Warrington. You will help coordinate information across the health and care system and support operational decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Join a large Integrated Care System, work across partners including NHS providers, Local Authorities, ambulance services and primary care, and contribute to service

Qualificações

• Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Experience of supporting meetings, agendas and minute taking.
• Experience managing information and databases.
• Knowledge of project principles and tools such as Prince2 Foundation and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operation of the System Coordination Centre.
• Coordinate information, communications and operational actions across the health and care system.
• Manage reporting processes, action logs, escalation records and operational correspondence.
• Provide secretariat support, including meeting organisation, agenda preparation and minute taking.
• Support urgent and emergency care improvement programmes and projects.
• Work closely with NHS providers, local authorities, ambulance services, primary care and NHS England colleagues.
