Job summary

Crown Agents Bank seeks a senior professional to drive syndicated lending and distribution across banks, DFIs and other institutional capital providers. You will work with origination, structuring and risk teams to shape fundable trades and mobilise third‑party capital.

The role focuses on trade finance, commodity finance and structured finance, with opportunities for travel to meet investors and clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are desirable.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in banking/finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Broaden and deepen the Bank’s distribution and investor network across banks and institutional capital providers.
• Develop investor appetite and market intelligence to inform transaction development and pricing.
• Execute distribution strategies for trade-finance assets and facilities; prepare marketing materials.
• Assess distributability and marketability of risk across cash flows, collateral and security structures.
• Lead end-to-end syndication opportunities from assessment to post-closing sell-down.
