Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking a leader to originate and develop Asset Finance and ABL solutions for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients in a hybrid London setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative financing packages, build strategic client relationships, and drive growth across the Asset Finance and Working Capital product set. A track record in senior-level client interactions and business development is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Asset Finance and ABL product knowledge.
• Experience originating, structuring, and delivering solutions for large corporate/investment-grade clients.
• Proven track record in direct business development and client-facing roles with senior-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and development of Asset Finance and ABL solutions for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative financing packages.
• Build strategic client relationships and contribute to growth across the Asset Finance and Working Capital product set.
• Present Asset Finance and structured lending solutions to clients, advisors, and internal teams at senior levels.
