Societe Generale London Branch seeks a Director for Infrastructure & Energy Syndicate to lead origination, structure and distribute complex credit transactions. The role collaborates with Global Banking and Advisory, Global Markets, and sales teams to optimize deal execution and investor engagement.

The successful candidate will steer syndication strategy, maintain strong borrower relationships, and manage cross-functional teams across risk, CPM and origination.

Responsabilidades

• Support loan and structured DCM origination, and distribution through analysis of opportunities.
• Draft underwriting and syndication memos.
• Develop analysis of syndication strategy and expected liquidity.
• Interact with internal stakeholders (Origination, Risk, CPM).
• Define syndication strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales for execution.
• Keep borrowers informed.
• Manage allocation and transfer processes.
