Job summary

Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB in London seeks a Director for Infrastructure and Emerging Markets and Export Finance Syndicate. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of covered sectors and markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in syndication or funding.

Responsibilities

• Support loan and structured DCM origination, and distribution through analysis of opportunities.
• Draft underwriting and syndication memos.
• Develop analysis of syndication strategy and expected liquidity.
• Interact with internal stakeholders (Origination, Risk, CPM).
• Define syndication strategy and coordinate with Sales for execution.
• Keep borrowers informed and manage transfer processes.
