Job summary

American International Group is seeking a Syndicate Financial Controller in Greater London. In this role, you will lead the Syndicate Finance team at Talbot’s managed syndicates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and efficient financial accounting processes.

Qualifications

• At least five years post-qualification experience in the insurance industry including experience of Lloyd's and leading a finance team.
• Good knowledge of financial processes and controls is essential.
• Strong team management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Syndicate Finance team and ensure that the Syndicate reporting is completed accurately and on deadline.
• Manage external stakeholders for Syndicate financial reporting, including external auditors.
• Support and drive Talbot Syndicate Finance objectives and priorities.
