Job summary

Wpr, an insurer based in London, seeks a Contract Syndicate Accounting & Reporting Manager with Lloyd's regulator experience. Hybrid working is available. You will oversee ledger control, contribute to syndicate financial reporting, and support IFRS 17 initiatives while leading a team across departments.

You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and process improvements in the finance function, collaborating with offshore or distributed teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Lloyd's syndicate accounting and reporting.
• Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lloyd's reporting requirements and regulatory submissions.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or demonstrable relevant experience.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in accounting ledgers, reporting tools and data analysis applications.
