Qualifications

• Experience in a car dealership or garage is essential.
• Very high level of customer service in face-to-face or phone-based situations.
• Clear communication when dealing with customers, including dissatisfied ones.
• Strong multitasking with high attention to detail.
• Good standard of administration.
• Ability to upsell additional products/services that match customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face for service and repair needs, ensuring professional handling of all interactions.
• Coordinate repairs with the workshop team to keep vehicles moving through the process.
• Explain faults or repairs in clear, practical terms and offer solutions.
• Keep the customer database updated and ready for action.
• Manage computer-based tasks, purchasing and invoicing while protecting customer and company interests.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service histories.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
