Job summary

Everyone Active at Horfield Leisure Centre in Bristol is seeking a Fitness Motivator and Personal Trainer to inspire clients and deliver engaging gym floor contact and group sessions.

You should hold at least a Level 2 qualification, be enthusiastic, and ready to join a team that values service. Working hours include days, evenings and weekends, with DBS checks required prior to starting. Salary is £25,000.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world class customer experience.

We need a Fitness Motivator & Personal Trainer who will...

• Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification
• Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
• Actively and consistently promote the company's vision and values
• Make every members visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back
• Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference
• In house training will be available to develop your skills
• Working hours will include days, evenings and weekends and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
