Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a Fitness Manager for Workington Leisure Centre in Workington, United Kingdom. The role oversees a comprehensive fitness programme, including group exercise and personal training, with a focus on delivering a world-class member experience.

Expect daytime, evening and weekend hours in a fully onsite leisure centre. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification with proven leadership and accounts experience, promoting our vision and maintaining a fun,

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification.
• Experience managing group exercise programmes and personal training.
• Experience supervising a team and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the fitness strategy and provide a world-class member experience.
• Manage and oversee personal training and group exercise sessions.
• Lead the fitness team to meet targets and maintain service quality.
• Actively promote the company vision and values within the centre.
• Cover duty manager / key holder duties as required.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

Your major goal will be to deliver the fitness strategy and be accountable for providing a world class experience to our members

We need a Fitness Manager who will…

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification
• Have experience of managing a comprehensive group exercise programme and personal training
• Ensure the fitness team achieve their goals through the consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
• Actively and consistently promote the company's vision and values
• Be both a role model within the centre and to encourage fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
• Implement a clear retention strategy and set up key targets for the team to deliver and achieve

You will have experience with accounts and supervising a team. Working hours will cover daytime, evening and weekends and may need to support with duty manager/key holder cover
