Job summary

Everyone Active at Horfield Leisure Centre is seeking a proactive Fitness Motivator & Personal Trainer to deliver a world-class customer experience on the gym floor and in group sessions. You will hold a minimum Level 2 qualification, motivate members to achieve fitness goals, promote our vision and values, and ensure every visit is enjoyable.

Working hours include days, evenings and weekends; in-house training is provided.

Qualifications

• Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve fitness goals through group sessions and gym floor contact.
• Actively promote the company's vision and values.
• Make every member's visit an enjoyable experience.
• Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference.
• In house training will be available to develop your skills.
• Working hours will include days, evenings and weekends and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world class customer experience.

We need a Fitness Motivator & Personal Trainer who will…
