Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious Exercise Referral Instructor to deliver high-quality customer experience at Horfield Leisure Centre. You will hold a Level 3 Exercise Referral, run health assessments, program monitoring and promote our values, while handling admin tasks and using basic computer systems.

There is also an opportunity to deliver personal training and support our group exercise programme, with the benefit of a vibrant workplace and a nationwide member bonus.

Qualificações

• Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification.
• Deliver health assessments and programme monitoring.
• Promote the organisation's vision and values; complete admin duties and use basic computer systems.

We need an Exercise Referral Instructor who will…

• Hold a minimum Level 3 exercise referral qualification
• Successfully complete exercise programming, monitoring and evaluating of clients and delivery of health assessments
• Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values `

• Complete admin duties and effectively use the telephone and basic computer software systems
• Be highly motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about health, exercise and rehabilitation
• Motivate clients in order for them to achieve personal exercise goals
• Demonstrate an understanding and caring nature towards exercise referral clients
