Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Global Operations Coordinator in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for travellers and expatriates, handling calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.

You will triage cases, open new files, and coordinate with medical and security teams to achieve timely resolutions. In a fast-paced setting, you will contribute to 24/7 operations by maintaining data accuracy, producing client reports, and ensuring adherence to client SOPs and data security

Qualifications

• Inbound/outbound calls and emails handling per SOPs.
• Strong communication and empathy in high-pressure scenarios.
• Ability to triage cases and liaise with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contacts into Crisis24 Global Operations Centre per procedures.
• Serve as first point of contact and ambassador for customer service.
• Open new cases, log data, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with Medical/Security teams and clients for case closure.
• Prepare client reports and support 24/7 operations.
