Job summary

Responsibilities

• Routine medical case management.
• Policy reviews for healthcare services, issuing authorisations and other case-related administrative tasks.
• Provide medical advice and recommendations to patients and clients worldwide.
• Liaise with international medical professionals for medical assessments when patients are hospitalised or treated overseas.
• Review medical reports and referrals.
• Provide case direction and medical due diligence to patients on the TRICARE program.
• Contribute medical input toward planning and progress of operational medical case management issues.
