Job summary

GLG is seeking Swedish-speaking Associates who will excel in client service within a merit-based, team-oriented environment. You will drive project delivery, build client relationships, and engage with leading professionals to connect clients with expert insights.

The role emphasizes onboarding, coaching, and developing skills in project management, communication, and account management. You will grow through mentoring while owning project lifecycles and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required.
0–3 years of work experience in client-facing or account roles.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including phone outreach.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to receive coaching and feedback and to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deploy tailored solutions.
Own client projects from scoping to delivery, including recruiting experts and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to present GLG’s product suite and maximize outcomes.
