Job summary

GLG is seeking Associates excited to learn and excel in client service within a merit-based, team-oriented environment. You will drive projects end-to-end, connect clients with experts, and grow through coaching and mentoring from your team.

Ideal candidates combine curiosity, critical thinking, and strong communication with a willingness to work extended hours as client needs demand. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
• 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
• Receptive to close coaching and feedback
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while ensuring an attention to detail
• Hustle and tenacity that drives you to go above and beyond to delight clients
• Appreciation for data and understanding the numbers
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and some holidays) based on client needs and expectations

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy solutions.
• Own client projects from scope to delivery, including recruiting experts and delivering outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver GLG's product suite, maximize revenue, and retain accounts.
