Qualifications

• Science or Life Sciences Bachelor's degree or higher (required).
• 0–3 years in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
• Own client projects from scoping to delivery and recruit experts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
• Develop leadership potential to mentor future Associates.
