Job summary

GLG is seeking French-speaking associates who excel at client service within a merit-based environment. You will work directly with leading professionals to connect clients with the insights they need, owning projects from scoping to delivery.

You will develop strong client management, communication and project management skills through onboarding, coaching, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, globally-connected team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years in client-facing, sales or account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with phone-based outreach.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions.
• Own client projects from start to finish – scoping, recruiting experts, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with manager and stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes and retain accounts.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
