Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored support.
• Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping and recruiting the right expert(s).
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes and ensure retention of accounts.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
