Overview

We are seeking creative, sales-minded enthusiasts to join our growing SONOS Sales team as Live Ecommerce Experience Representatives. This role involves providing exceptional order and sales support to our customer base, including prospective, new, and existing customers. If you love music, enjoy pre-sales inquiries, and are committed to doing things right, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Support customers in English and Swedish, ensuring fluency in both languages.
• Provide clear and excellent order support to enhance customer satisfaction and CSAT scores.
• Assist customers and generate sales via inbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Respond to general SONOS product inquiries.
• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer experiences and recognizing sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage the customer support journey and uphold the company's positive image.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills

• Decisive, sales-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer questions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
