Huhtamaki is recruiting a Distribution Administrator in Gosport to support warehouse and distribution operations. You will ensure accurate processing of despatches and receipts, manage transport administration, and maintain systems and records that keep the supply chain running efficiently.

You will coordinate with transport planners, customers, and pallet suppliers to ensure smooth cargo movement, accurate documentation, and timely reporting.

Formación

• Previous experience in administration, logistics, distribution or warehouse support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and experience using business systems.
• Good numeracy and data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage despatch, receipt and warehouse tasks via WMS.
• Generate and process transport and delivery documentation for hauliers and customers.
• Coordinate vehicle movements on and off site with safe documentation.
• Maintain pallet accounts and reconciliations with customers, suppliers and invoices.
• Liaise with customers, service teams, transport providers and pallet suppliers.
• Monitor vehicle arrivals/departures/no-shows and resolve issues with transport planners.
• Support shunting between sites to maintain material flow.
• Process parcel carrier shipments and ensure shipping docs are accurate.
• Produce daily warehouse and distribution reports and statistics.
• Create export loads and generate customs documentation when needed.
• Assist with customer returns, damages and related queries.
• Maintain filing systems and administrative records.
