Job summary

Identify Talent is recruiting a Logistics Administrator for their Hull site. The role involves supporting day-to-day logistics, ensuring goods are received, processed, moved and dispatched accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will work with the Logistics Supervisor and external partners to maintain smooth flow, oversee MRP movements, despatch preparation and returnable packaging control, while contributing to key KPIs like on-time delivery and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills within a logistics context.
• Good literacy and numeracy with accurate documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations including goods receiving, stock movements and despatch preparation.
• Complete accurate MRP transactions and maintain system integrity across logistics activities.
• Prepare loads for despatch with correct labeling and ensure customer requirements are met.
