Veolia in Wolverhampton is seeking a Hazardous Waste Customer Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, bookings and the end-to-end journey for hazardous waste disposal.

You'll handle calls, provide quotes, input waste details into Salesforce, book transport, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, organisation and a proactive team approach, with 40-hour weeks and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience and ability to handle multiple enquiries.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
• Desirable: experience in waste industry or familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proactive team player who delivers high standards of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal with accuracy.
• Manage the customer journey from initial query to collection scheduling within targets.
• Handle calls professionally and provide quotes while following Health and Safety policies.
• Book transport, input waste details into Salesforce, and liaise with external sales.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure data entry supports efficient service.
