Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Hazardous Waste Customer Coordinator in Wolverhampton, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Salary £27,500 per annum.

You will process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal, manage the customer journey, provide accurate quotes, and book transport while ensuring Health & Safety compliance. Benefits include 25 days leave, pension, discounts, health resources, and volunteering days.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with data entry systems.
• Desirable: knowledge of Salesforce and experience in the waste industry.
• Proactive team player with drive and energy, delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal, handling internal/external queries accurately.
• Manage the complete customer journey from initial query through to collection scheduling, meeting targets.
• Provide timely quotations and ensure Health and Safety compliance in all communications.
• Book transport, input waste details into Salesforce, and liaise with the external sales team for updates.
• Complete necessary paperwork and data entry to enable efficient servicing while adhering to Veolia policies.
