Job summary

ISS STOXX Sustainability seeks a Client Success Specialist for our London team to help clients maximise value from sustainability solutions. You will be the first contact for queries across the product suite, assist with DataDesk usage, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Research, and Marketing to deliver training and support.

Role requires 4+ years in client-facing roles in finance or ESG software, strong project management, teamwork, and advanced Excel skills, plus fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in client-facing roles in financial services or sustainability solutions.
• Strong project & time management skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive outlook.
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset, with solid Excel skills, to dig into detail of data and screens.
• Working knowledge of the responsible investment and sustainability landscape.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Regularly meet with clients in person or virtually to provide training and build relationships.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the full ISS STOXX Sustainability product suite, working with ISS technical experts when needed.
• Help clients to use DataDesk, our Sustainability platform, for research, screening and report generation.
• Take a systematic approach to identifying and addressing risks and opportunities across accounts to ensure client retention and promote growth.
• Own and manage client queries using SalesForce.com and other internal tools.
• Communicate market requirements to ISS business leaders.
