ISS STOXX Sustainability is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our London team, driving value from our sustainability solutions for clients.

You will be the first point of contact for the breadth of ISS STOXX Sustainability solutions, assisting with queries, training, and technical support on DataDesk and related data delivery platforms. A strong background in financial services or ESG software and excellent English is essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years’ experience in client-facing roles in financial services or sustainability solutions (consulting, ESG software etc.)
• Strong project & time management skills
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset with solid Excel skills
• Working knowledge of responsible investment and sustainability landscape

• Regularly meet with clients in person or virtually to provide training and build relationships
• Provide subject matter expertise for the full ISS STOXX Sustainability product suite with technical collaboration
• Help clients use DataDesk, our Sustainability platform, for research, screening and report generation
• Address risks and opportunities across accounts to ensure client retention and growth
• Own and manage client queries using Salesforce.com and other internal tools
• Communicate market requirements to ISS business leaders.

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our London team in helping our clients maximise the value they get from our award-winning Sustainability solutions.

In this role you will be your clients' first point of contact for the breadth of ISS STOXX Sustainability solutions - spanning topics such as climate analysis, corporate sustainability ratings, controversy screenings, SDG impact, sustainable finance regulations (EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI),or engagement initiatives. You willassistclients with queries on research content andmethodology,and provide technicalassistanceon the use of online platforms and data delivery.

The ISS STOXX Sustainability business is truly global and, as a Sustainability Specialist, you will bridge client needs and a range of internal departments - Sales, Product, Research, Marketing and more.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively monitor and ensure client satisfaction
• Regularly meet with clients in person or virtually to provide training and build your relationships
• Provide subject matter expertise for the full ISS STOXX Sustainability product suite, working with ISS technical experts when needed
• Help clients to use DataDesk, our Sustainability platform, for research, screening and report generation
• Take a systematic approach to identifying and addressing risks and opportunities across your accounts to ensure client retention and promote growth
• Own and manage client queries using SalesForce.com and other internal tools
• Communicate market requirements to ISS business leaders.

What We Need from You:

• 4+ years’ experience in client-facing roles in financial services or sustainability solutions (consulting, ESG software etc.)
• Strong project & time management skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive outlook
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset, with solid Excel skills, to dig into detail of data and screens
• Working knowledge of the responsible investment and sustainability landscape
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred
• Fluency in English is essential.
