Job summary

ISS STOXX Sustainability in London is hiring a Client Success Specialist to help clients maximise the value of our sustainability solutions. You will be the main contact for the full product suite, assisting with research content, methodology questions, and platform usage.

You will work across Sales, Product, Research and Marketing to align client needs with internal teams, and may leverage AI tools to navigate datasets and support client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing roles in financial services or sustainability solutions (consulting, ESG software, etc.).
• Strong project & time management skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and proactive outlook.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset, with solid Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of responsible investment and sustainability landscape.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Regularly meet with clients in person or virtually to provide training and build relationships.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the full ISS STOXX Sustainability product suite with internal experts as needed.
• Help clients use DataDesk, our Sustainability platform, for research, screening and report generation.
• Identify and address risks and opportunities across accounts to ensure client retention and growth.
• Own and manage client queries using Salesforce.com and other internal tools.
• Communicate market requirements to ISS business leaders.
