Job summary

Genuit Group’s Sky Garden, a UK-based provider of green roofs and urban greening solutions, seeks a commercially minded Product Manager to own a defined product portfolio and drive performance across the lifecycle.

You will translate category strategy into actionable plans, leveraging customer insight and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, optimise existing products and bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or Category Management or similar commercially focused role.
• Ability to manage products across their lifecycle and drive profitability.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyse sales, margin and market data.
• Experience supporting or leading new product development and launches.
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into viable product propositions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products from launch to rationalisation or withdrawal.
• Translate category strategy into clear product plans, priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop understanding of customers, channels and routes to market to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Monitor product performance across sales, revenue, margin and mix; provide insights and recommendations.
• Lead New Product Development projects from defining specs to launch and post-launch review.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Develop compelling product value propositions and support launches, campaigns and sales enablement.
• Partner with Sales to address performance gaps and key customer opportunities.
• Support pricing activity and seek opportunities to improve cost, availability and working capital.
• Maintain detailed product and regulatory knowledge to meet certifications and requirements.
• Ensure data, documentation and communications are accurate across platforms.
• Build relationships across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing to deliver priorities.
