You will collaborate across product, sourcing, operations and finance, build scalable compliance processes, drive readiness for EPR, PPWR and Digital Product Passports, and lead reporting for UK and EU registrations.

Batra Group, a leading supplier of branded sports and fashion products across the UK and Europe, is looking for an experienced Group Product Sustainability Lead to establish and lead this critical function.

This is not a role where you inherit a finished framework. It is an opportunity to create one.

Working across product, sourcing, operations, finance and external partners, you will take ownership of the Group's product, packaging and sustainability compliance programme-turning complex legislation into clear, commercially practical action.

Your impact

You will:
