Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing asset management or property-related roles.
• Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management and sustainability strategies across the housing stock.
• Work alongside development teams to ensure new homes are energy efficient.
• Apply for Government grants for larger projects.
• Maintain accurate stock condition and energy performance data.
• Produce annual, 5-year, and 30-year investment plans.
