BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across the hospitality sector from our Orpington base.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office and travel to customer sites, focusing on building relationships with senior procurement, operations, H&S, ESG and culinary decision-makers to convert opportunities into long-term, multi-site partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven new-business track record.
• Experience selling into hotels or multi-site hospitality is highly desirable.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and develop strategic account plans.
