Job summary

London Luton Airport Operations Ltd is seeking a passionate Sustainability Coordinator to support environmental, social and governance initiatives. You will help deliver the airport’s sustainability agenda, coordinate key programmes, and ensure effective communication and budget-aligned delivery.

You will gain broad experience across ESG in a busy airport environment, assisting with stakeholder engagement, reporting, and internal communications to champion Sustainable Aviation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and literacy skills.
• Good numeracy skills and data interpretation.
• Experience coordinating projects and events in a dynamic environment.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support team administration duties: minute-taking, meeting coordination, inbox monitoring, and use of ID Gateway.
• Act as point of contact for Sustainability team enquiries and general coordination tasks.
• Liaise with procurement and assist with tender documents and cost schedules.
• Coordinate and support budgeting and finance administration tasks.
• Support ESG programmes across Environment, Social and Governance domains.
• Coordinate air quality, waste and ISO audits, and data reporting activities.
• Assist in governance data collection and monthly reporting tasks.
