Job summary

Acre is partnering with London Luton Airport (LLA) to recruit an ESG Performance Executive. The role focuses on managing ESG data, strengthening nonfinancial reporting and turning datasets into actionable insights to support Net Zero 2040 commitments.

You will work across a complex operational environment, collaborating with stakeholders and developing dashboards to improve data quality and reporting efficiency. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the Luton office.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and performance reporting within an operational setting.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESG data and non-financial information with accuracy and evidence for reporting.
• Coordinate ESG data requests and support reporting to the Board, leadership and shareholders.
• Support sustainability reporting frameworks (GRESB, ISO; industry standards).
• Monitor progress against Net Zero 2040 commitments and decarbonisation goals.
• Build relationships with data owners to streamline processes and improve data quality.
• Produce regular sustainability performance reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with climate adaptation reporting and related strategies.
• Explore automation opportunities and develop dashboards to improve efficiency and insight.
