Job summary

London Luton Airport seeks an ESG Performance Executive to deliver sustainable growth and support its Net Zero by 2040 journey. You will manage ESG data, coordinate reporting to shareholders and the Board, and drive data-led improvements across the airport’s sustainability agenda.

You will work within a team of sustainability professionals, ensuring robust data outputs, automation opportunities, and strong internal/external stakeholder engagement to advance the Airports Responsible Business

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data, performance management and analytical roles in an operational environment (sustainability and environmental context preferred).
• Experience in managing data and reporting information subject to audit and verification.
• Understanding of ESG reporting regulations (ESRS, UK SRS, TCFD) and sustainability reporting frameworks (GRESB, GHG Protocol, SBTi, GRI).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the management of ESG and Non-Financial Information for reporting to shareholders and the Board.
• Ensure timely completion of ESG data requests with accuracy and evidence.
• Support sustainability reporting frameworks (GRESB, ISO, etc.).
• Produce robust outputs using conversion factors, formulas and databases aligned with strategy.
• Monitor progress towards Net Zero and decarbonisation goals.
• Engage with data owners across the airport to streamline processes.
• Support creation of monthly, quarterly and yearly sustainability reporting materials.
• Contribute to Climate Change Adaptation reporting and strategy.
• Identify opportunities for automation and dashboards to improve performance.
