The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.

Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.

Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning sales activities, implementing strategies, reviewing results, and adjusting plans as needed.

The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise within the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products to NHS and private hospitals.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs monthly and annually.
  • Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
  • Conduct product trials and evaluations to promote sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales business plan independently.
  • Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock in hospitals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital administration, promoting the company's positive image.
  • Organize and lead training workshops with surgical and theatre staff.
  • Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market insights.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
  • Ensure all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • Liaise with other company departments to meet sales objectives.
  • Spend approximately 80% of your time in theatre environments.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
