Job Description:

The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. The role involves achieving sales targets by promoting spine products to NHS and private hospitals, primarily in theatre environments, and building relationships with key decision-makers like surgeons and hospital staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting and selling spine products in hospitals
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Demonstrating medical equipment in clinical settings
• Conducting trials and evaluations to drive sales
• Providing excellent customer service
• Developing and executing sales plans
• Managing resources and stock
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals
• Organizing training workshops
• Reporting on sales and market trends
• Maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborating with other company functions
• Spending approximately 80% of time in theatre environments
• Performing ad hoc duties as needed
