CHASE is recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager (Surgical devices) on behalf of a rapidly expanding mid-sized medical technology company that's committed to improving the quality of life for millions of people in the UK every day.

Our client is a niche player in the surgical device market, across the UK and Europe and the United States. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a highly motivated and talented Surgical Sales Executive to join their successful UK sales team in the location shown.

The product portfolio, which includes high performance devices for the operating theatre, is seen to be raising the standard in the industry and has a number of major influential surgeons already engaged. The company are also preparing for a major product launch over the next few months that will add genuine value to the UK business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the territory as a "business within a business" and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Support product launches and contribute to achieving regional growth targets.

Qualifications and experience

  • Medical device (surgical) experience with a proven track record of sales success (required).
  • Degree qualified and able to demonstrate a history of delivering sales results.
  • Alternative consideration: someone from a healthcare-related sales background with a genuine interest in progressing into the surgical medical devices market.
