Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Biosurgery Sales Specialist for the West Midlands region to drive growth in key NHS and private centres. The role requires a proven biosurgery sales track record and deep knowledge of surgical markets.

You will lead strategic account plans, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across the MedTech family to expand the biosurgery portfolio and adoption of new technologies. A strong network with NHS accounts and ABPI familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of biosurgery or wider surgical sales success.
• Extensive knowledge of NHS and Private sector markets across multi-discipline surgical areas.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive plans and strategies.
• Clear, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence adoption of technologies and build trusted advisory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in key hospitals and NHS/private centres within the West Midlands.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans focusing on high-value opportunities.
• Lead account development, maintain relationships, and align resources across teams.
• Collaborate with Biosurgery team and wider Johnson & Johnson MedTech family to maximise opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective resource support for biosurgery market strategies.
