Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is helping a fast-growing med-tech client recruit a Surgical Business Development Manager in the UK. You will own your territory, build relationships with thoracic, colorectal and gynae surgeons, and drive growth across NHS and private hospital accounts.

You’ll win new business through demos, evaluations and in-theatre support, leveraging a strong clinical team and theatre-level credibility to expand adoption of an innovative surgical portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or surgical sales in hospitals.
• Familiarity with theatre and hospital buying processes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with thoracic, colorectal and gynae surgeons, theatre teams and procurement.
• Win NHS and private hospital accounts.
• Drive adoption through demos, evaluations and in-theatre support.

• Medical device or surgical sales experience in hospitals
• Confidence in theatre and with hospital buying processes

The package:

• £40-45K basic
• £20K commission
• £600/month car allowance
