Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a Supporter Relations Executive to join our supporter relations team in London. You will play a central role in delivering an excellent supporter experience, handling donations and registrations, and acting as a friendly ambassador for the charity.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern with two days in the office each week and a salary of £33,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public to inspire support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with databases and data management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for supporters, providing information, advice and support.
• Communicate with supporters via telephone, post and email – being a passionate ambassador for GOSH Charity.
• Take donations and registrations and thanking donors in accordance with the supporter relations strategy and donor journeys.
• Receive and respond to complaints about fundraising activity, liaising with colleagues and agencies to reach a satisfactory resolution.
