Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a Supporter Relations Executive to deliver exceptional supporter experience and support fundraising goals. You will be the primary contact for donors, handling donations, registrations and thank-you communications while upholding charity standards.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy and collaborative working with the fundraising team. DBS check is required; hybrid working is two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public to inspire support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for supporters, offering information and support to maximise income.
• Communicate with supporters via telephone, post and email in a professional manner as an ambassador for GOSH Charity.
• Process donations and registrations and thank donors according to the donor journeys.
• Receive and respond to complaints about fundraising activities and liaise with colleagues to resolve.
