Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking an organised, proactive individual to manage relationships with a portfolio of mid and high-value community supporters, including DIY fundraisers, clubs and In Memory supporters. You will deliver personalised stewardship, recognise supporters' contributions, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver great supporter experiences.

The salary is £38,371 per annum with a hybrid policy requiring two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Strong communication style; tailor approach to supporters.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid/high-value supporters, building trusted relationships to maximise fundraising.
• Deliver personalised stewardship and recognition opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to re-engage existing supporters and onboard new fundraisers.
• Collaborate with fundraising and supporter services to enhance experiences.
• Support development of new stewardship initiatives to grow community fundraising.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and contribute to income forecasting.
