Job description

Supporter Care Fundraising Manager

Do you have experience in leading a supporter care team to deliver an excellent supporter experience? Do you possess project management skills? If yes, then we may have the role you're looking for.

We are seeking an experienced Supporter Care Fundraising Manager to join a vibrant and dynamic fundraising team. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is on a permanent contract. The team meets once a week in the London office, with flexible working arrangements for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities of the Supporter Care Fundraising Manager include:

  1. Collaborating closely with fundraising teams to oversee supporter care and develop long-term supporter experience strategies across the directorate.
  2. Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to supporters across various fundraising activities and leading the Supporter Care team’s vision and direction.
  3. Optimizing tools to enhance supporter care, especially with the implementation of the new Salesforce CRM database and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  4. Streamlining processes to utilize the latest functionalities, improving supporter experiences and operational efficiency.
  5. Working collaboratively with teams such as community & events, individual giving, and legacy marketing, demonstrating strong leadership to develop your team.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven success in leading a supporter care team that has enhanced supporter experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of improving supporter experience and measuring success through KPIs.
  • Understanding of sector regulations, data protection, Gift Aid, and Direct Debit regulations.

This role closes on Monday, 12th May, with interviews conducted via Teams shortly after.
