Job description

Join to apply for the Supporter Care Fundraising Manager role at Mencap.

This role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract. Our team meets one day a week in our London office, but we are flexible with where you work the remainder of the time.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead supporter care team to deliver excellent supporter experience.
  2. Develop and implement long-term supporter experience strategies.
  3. Ensure provision of excellent customer service across fundraising activities.
  4. Oversee supporter care vision and team direction.
  5. Optimize tools, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, to enhance supporter care.
  6. Streamline processes to improve supporter experience.
  7. Collaborate with teams such as community & events, individual giving, and legacy marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a supporter care team to improve supporter care.
  • Knowledge of enhancing supporter experience and measuring it via KPIs.
  • Understanding of sector regulation, data protection, Gift Aid, and Direct Debit regulations.
