Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a designated group of Support Workers, ensuring excellent, person‑centred care across our services. You will mentor staff, model best practice and build a positive team culture in partnership with the Service Manager.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 and have at least three years’ experience in learning disability or mental health settings, including one year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 and/or minimum of three years experience within the learning disability or mental health sector.
• Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a supported living service to ensure high-quality care.
• Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred services.
• Assist in rota and timesheet information and regulatory compliance.
