Creative Support is seeking an enthusiastic Supported Living Manager for our service in Telford. You will work with regional managers to ensure high-quality delivery in line with assessed needs, contract requirements and outcomes.

You will co-produce outcome-based plans to build independence and meaningful occupation for the people we support. The role emphasises equality, diversity and recovery-focused practice, with collaboration across volunteers, peer supporters, and statutory mental health

Qualifications

• Experience working in learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
• Experience leading and managing teams is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the supported living service alongside regional managers.
• Assess needs and plan a successful transition into the service with outcome-based support plans.
• Promote independence, tenancy sustainment, and positive risk management.
• Collaborate with community partners, volunteers, and statutory/voluntary agencies; collate data and write assessments and reports.
